How do you ship print copies? How long should it take? We endeavor to mail all orders on the same or next business day of completed order. We use Australia Post regular domestic and international services. Delivery within Australia should take 2-6 business days. Please note for large orders or for shipping to non-metropolitan areas this can sometimes be a little longer. International delivery, as we are posting from Australia, it may take from 4-12 business days to receive your order, please note this may be slightly longer for large orders or for shipping to remote areas. How does the digital issue download work? First add the digital issue to your cart and follow the payment instructions. Once the payment has been processed, you will receive an instant email from us which contains a link to the download of the digital issue. You can then download and view our digital issue. Please note you will need to install and open the digital issue in the latest version of Adobe Reader which you can download quickly and easily and for free from Adobe.
The digital issue won't display properly, I can't see the magazine content. Help! Our interactive PDF digital issue requires you to have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed. You can download it quickly and easily and for free from Adobe. You must then open and view the file using the Adobe Reader program. If this does not work please contact us as your operating system may not support the flash based interactive features we will then send you a regular PDF.
I'm using an iPad or other device that does not support flash but I want to read the digital magazine. What should I do? iPad's and some devices do not support flash/swf based applications. Our interactive PDF contains interactive elements that use flash which is great on a computer but not so good on your device. Once you've made your purchase just reply to the order email and let us know you would like a regular PDF version of the magazine. We will then email you the regular version. Please note you may need to have a PDF reader installed on your device and some devices may not have inbuilt PDF viewing capabilities.
